Payment Processors

We share payment information with PayPal to process your transactions. We do not store complete credit card details on our servers.

Our Services allow you to schedule content for future automatic publication to connected social media accounts.

Scheduled Content Data

Pre-Publication Access

Until the scheduled time, reschedule, or cancel scheduled content. After publication, content is subject to the retention policies of the respective social media platforms.

Failed Publication Retention

If automated publishing fails, we retain the content and error logs for 30 days to enable troubleshooting and retry attempts. After 30 days, failed post data is automatically deleted.

Cancellation

You may cancel scheduled posts at any time before the scheduled publication time. Cancelled post data is deleted from our active systems within 24 hours (may remain in backup systems for up to 30 days).

Cross-Border Transfers

Scheduled content may be processed through servers located in the United States and published to social media platforms with global infrastructure. By scheduling content, you consent to these transfers necessary for service operation.

17. PAYMENT INFORMATION AND TOKEN TRANSACTIONS

We process payments through PayPal and maintain an internal token-based system for accessing premium features.

Payment Processor

All payment transactions are processed by PayPal. We do not store complete credit card details, bank account information, or PayPal login credentials.
